Initiate Return Request
Log into your VAIO account portal and select your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare Your Device
Back up your data and perform a factory reset, then pack the device in its original packaging including all chargers, manuals, and accessories.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our inspection facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware integrity and original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
